“I love the beds! Tgreat quality, shipped on time. Need labels on boxes though so we know what pieces are what! We ordered two bed sizes and it was confusing until we got the first bed built!”

“We really like the sustainable solid wood. The finish, however, is a bit uneven so the bed doesn't have a fine furniture look. Also, the bolts that hold it together are visible in a few areas, which also reduces the look. Overall: solid, serviceable, but not elegant.”

“Pretty much as advertised. Nice bed. Was a bit tricky for me to assemble - the headboard and footboard directions need to be clearer about which order the boards should go in. Need clearer signs on the boards for which is middle, top, bottom - not just scribbled abbreviations. Had to remove and re-screw.”

“I don’t have any issues with the company itself. The shipping cost from UK to US was surprisingly inexpensive but I’m sure my purchase price helped subsidize it. The ordering process online was easy, email support questions were answered quickly and the delivery process was trouble free. So as long as you don’t have any issues with your order, you’ll get what you’re expecting on time and intact.”

“I like the little frame. Well crafted with some stain missing from the ends of headboard sections. The screwdriver was not adequate for assembling the entire frame. I had to hire a handyman with power tools to complete the project which added significantly to the total cost of the frame. I assumed that the side rails would be removable rather than fixed in place with screws, which speaks of cheap quality. Now I am struggling to reconstruct the box spring unit so that it just raises the mattress out of the side rails.”

“I am so happy I found Get Laid Beds in my search for the perfect all-wood Queen size frame. The ability to customize the finish and leg style at an affordable price is amazing. The one star reduction is all instruction related. The drawing of the screw sizes were incorrect, showing the 50mm as the largest screw. The 60mm illustration and screws matched perfectly, but the 40mm illustration matched the 50mm. This unfortunately led to one screw coming through the front of a headboard section before I realized the error. The headboard boards were not predrilled which meant that I spent a lot of time figuring out where to position the boards with the upright holes. I ended up going for centered on the height of each board based on the online 360 view of the product. The other place where predrilling would have saved me a lot of effort was on centering each board horizontally. Making sure that everything was aligned side to side with an even margin on each side was challenging. Aside from the headboard the instructions and construction was straightforward and not too difficult for one person to handle with a queen size frame.”

“The beds arrived within the promised time. They are very easy to assemble and seem very sturdy. They look great in my grandkids room. The only issue was that the white finish had some flaws; a few dents and small areas where the paint was either too thin or a bit blotchy. They are fine for my grandkids but I wouldn’t order the white finish for a guest room.”

“The bed seems well made. Time will tell if it holds up. Customer service is excellent. Instructions to assemble the bed are shamefully poor; they are best interpreted by someone with some knowledge of how beds are put together.”
