“les chaussons commandés sont trop petits. J'ai donc souhaité les renvoyer puis après commander la taille au-dessus. Le problème est de trouver un lieu où déposer mon paquet du fait de la rareté des lieux de dépots DHL .”

Par contre pour le retour d'un des 2 articles commandés et reçus, gros problème, les points relais DHL refusent tous le colis avec l'étiquette DHL que vous fournissez!!! Je vous le signale par mail, vous ne répondez pas même pour accuser-reception de ma demande...”

“Ich habe mir bei Giesswein ein paar Schuhe bestellt. Super schnelle Lieferung. Hatte mich noch nie über ein paar Schuhe so gefreut wie über diese, reinschlüpfen und sofort wohlfühlen. Es gab zwar ein kleines Problem, was aber innerhalb eines Tages zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst wurde. Wenn man vom Preis absieht kann ich Giesswein nur weiterempfehlen.”

“very pretty shoe and super comfortable, fits to size, i got the gray. the laces are a tiny bit too thick which makes them a bit harder to tie, and the shoe itself pills fairly quickly, which of course is to be expected of wool but it does make me worry for the durability of the shoe. it's not a rain boot and i live in london, so i'll have to be careful with when i wear it. there's a black fake leather/PU looking material inside the shoe to support the eyelets (which i think will start peeling because of friction at some point soon) and another one on the top part of the inside that i can't see but feels like a hard fabric, both of which are not described in the product specs. also, the back of the insole has folded a drop, and it's been a week of wear. lastly, i don't like that some of the in product overview videos and photos for customers to look at are AI generated, because you have enough money to afford real models, this just isn't necessary and it goes against your greenwashed sustainability narrative. this is why i gave this a two instead of a three.”

“Die Hausschuhe sind gut verarbeitet, aber für mich eher zu schmal. Habe extra eine Nummer größer gewählt. Konsequenz daraus: ich trage sie nicht oft und benutze deshalb meine alten.”

“J’essaye de cliquer sur 5 étoiles mais ça n’a pas l’air de fonctionner Cette enseigne est super, j’ai souvent commandé et je commanderais encore Ce que je préfère c’est que quand l’article ne convient pas il suffit de le remettre dans le carton et de le renvoyer avec l’étiquette qui se trouve dans l’emballage, en plus c’est gratuit”
