Bonjour ! jer suis surpris par la qualité moyenne du tissu des claquettes grises! Le tissus est peu rigide ce qui fait qu'au bout de 3 jours d'utilisation peu intensive le chausson est déjà très plissé et ne tient pas tres bien au pied! La prochaine fois je ne reprendrai plus ce produit La paire de chaussons rouges par contre est de meilleure qualité digne de GIESSWEIN ! Francis

Lieferungen und Umtausch auf 43 liefen prompt und reibungslos. Habe einen breiten Fuß, daher eine Nummer größer gewählt. Sind nun etwas zu lang, denke mit der Breite läuft's sich ein. Es ist zwar schön das es ein Wechselfußbett gibt aber mit meinen med. Einlagen wird es auch nach oben eng! Würde mir wünschen das die Fußbreite bei der Größenauswahl Berücksichtigung fände. z.B (G,K...) Qualität des Obermaterials und der Sohle empfinde ich als hochwertig.

Abwicklung schnell und problemfrei. Ware hat gute Qualität. So gesehen, wurden die Erwartungen erfüllt. Leider hinterlassen die Sohlen der Hausschuhe offenbar Streifen auf unserem Parket. Vorher hatten wir keine. Somit nur eingeschränkte Zufriedenheit.

The sole is much harder than I was expecting without any padding so these aren't really 'comfortable lunging around' slippers, more good for walking around outside.

I have just returned the Wool cross alpine shoes to your company. My husband is fan of your products and for that reason i wanted to try the alpine shoes. But unfortunately after two days of trying indoor at home i had enormous blisters on both my ankles. I did not expect that because i thought that the woolen part would be very comfortable. On the contrary, the shoes did not the comfort i expected, especially the inside of the shoes around the ankles was too hard. For that reason i was glad you give the opportunity to return the shoes.

Veitsch: Sometimes change is not for the better, and I write here especially because I was surprised and disappointed that this pair of Veitsch house shoes, my third, were made in China! My previous pairs, including one from earlier in the pandemic, listed only Made in Austria, and while the wool is identical, there are little details that feel more mass-produced and less nice in the stitching and assembly quality. They've also switched from a natural leather insole to some sort of foam, though still removable. Overall they are comfortable, warm, and I appreciate the flexibility of being able to go outside to collect a package or bring in the groceries without needing to change shoes, but I hope it's not a one-way street away from high-quality manufacture in reputable locations.

The result is our high-quality Giesswein fabrics.  Our merino shoes are MADE IN AUSTRIA and assembled in Vietnam or China. The unique Giesswein "3D Stretch Merino Wool" of the Merino shoes is produced in our textile production in Brixlegg - Tyrol - Austria. The added value of the item is therefore in Austria. The individual parts such as fabric, sole and accessories are assembled in Vietnam or China. The reason for this is the very high demand, which no European shoe manufacturer can fulfil. Our managing director personally visits the factories in Vietnam and China twice a year. The factories meet all western standards. The working conditions are impeccable and are regularly inspected. La semelle n'est pas chaude quand on est sur du carrelage. J'ai du rajouter une semelle en mouton pour avoir chaud. Donc je suis déçue du produit.
