“I placed an order on the 27 December with Giesswein and had a immediate acceptance, order number GWUK122863. However, since then no communication regarding probable delivery time, only the statute message from your delivery company that they are expecting to receive the goods from at some time in the future. Other companies I bought from over the Xmas period have already delivered. So at the moment you do not score very highly”

“I ordered Dannheim for my husband, Veitsch for myself. These are the second pairs of Giesswein slippers for both of us. My "Camden" slippers were purchased many years ago, and they are still in very good condition. My feet are comfortable year-round in them, and I expect my new slippers will be as well - with the added advantage of being washable. To help with sizing, my feet were measured at 9.5 D. I ordered a size 41, and the fit is perfect. My husband always wears a size 45 in shoes, so that's the size he ordered. He said the slippers felt a bit short, but he has been wearing them for several days without complaint. (There is a bit of "give" in the wool.) In summary: beautiful, comfortable slippers made to last!”

“The slippers I bought are quite comfortable (size 43) but are a bit constricting on the top of my foot. If the adjustable string there were a bit longer, I would be able to compensate until the break-in period is complete but for now the comfort is somewhat compromised.”
