“Warm and well-made. Fit is good, slightly wider than my usual size (8M U.S.) but not sloppy. There is an adjustable drawstring at the ankle. Slightly molded arch and sturdy rubber sole. I love boiled wool and these are just what I was looking for. Recommended!”

“Beautifully made slippers. I thought that they would fit the same as Birkenstocks, but they are narrower and the toebox isn't as comfortable for someone with wide feet. I had purchased another pair a few years ago from Giesswein and they were perfect but they were a bit more flexible as they had a soft footed and weren't made to walk outdoors. Shipping was totally amazing and were delivered in less than a week, actually shipping from Austria. I did have to return them because of the fit for me, but customer service was great. I did have a little difficulty using thier website for the return. Even though I selected "English" and the USA , everything was in German. With a few trys of hit and miss I was able to complete my return. I will purchase my origonal soft wool slippers again , even though they cannot be worn outdoors. Highly recommended.”

“The shoes I bought were lovely but too small. It was good to return them for free. However the Great Britain link on the website for generating a return label doesn't work. You need to get an email from them with a link to another page with an England return button. I wasted a lot of time trying to get a label to return them. Sadly, the size I need is not available at the moment in any colour!”

“Slippers seem great (present for Dad so will have to wait for his review). However, the sizing is all very confusing. Ordered a UK 8 from the website which arrive as a UK 9/US 11/EU 42. They fit like UK 8 so all is well, but something doesn’t seem to tie up! Otherwise quick delivery and good quality product.”
