“Alles perfekt, Lieferung in vernünftigen Zeiten, die Schuhe sind super schön wie immer bei Giesswein. Die Überraschung: dir gedtgenähte „Zunge“ die das Anziehen etwas schwieriger macht. Die Schuhe sitzen dann sehr gut und man braucht di Position nicht mehr zu korrigieren.”

“This is the third pair I have bought as they are usually so comfortable so decided to buy a pair for my husband this time. So disappointed, the backs have a completely different feel to them. You are always conscious that they are on the back of your heels, you can feel them, they sit too low and then they don't stay on for long. The angle is different to my previous pair. I wrote a nice email to Customer Services to explain, but they didn't seem interested. They did offer me a 10% discount on a new pair but didn't acknowledge any change in the design or an interest in my comments. And therefore didn't want to order a new pair, and could not really be bothered to return. Making do until I find a different pair. Shame really.”
