“Love my new slippers, however I do very much miss the prior version with the fun embrodery. I would recommend a repair option so we can extend the life of your fabulous products. Just one suggestion, getting in and out of these slippers takes a bit of effort, so perhaps there can be more stretch around the collar.”

“Ich hatte kürzlich ein Paar Tegernau Slippers gekauft und war sehr enttäuscht. Der Saum wo die Sohle an den Schuh genäht ist, ist eine richtig harte Kante. Man hätte unbedingt diese Kante mit einem weichen Band übernähen müssen. Ich bin barfuß drin und diese Nahtkante tut richtig weh. Ich kann diese Slippers nicht tragen. Ich habe auch das harte Gummi oben abgetrennt weil das auch viel zu hart war. Warum wurde da kein Samtgummi genommen? Schade, daß man innen keine leichte Filzverkleidung gemacht hat. Die Verarbeitung ist billig. Ich hatte vor vielen Jahren mir so ähnliche gekauft, sie waren mit Blumen verziert und innen weich verarbeitet. Da war kein Saum und ich trug sie fast täglich bis vor kurzem weil die Sohle durch war, was natürlich zu erwarten ist nach vielen Jahren fast täglich tragen. Als ich die neuen jetzt gekauft hatte, dachte ich, daß sie so wie die andern waren. Leider nicht, sehr schade, daß ich keine Giesswein slippers mehr kaufen kann.”

“The mens sippers do not fit American feet very well. Even after returning to reorder a larger size they are tight. Still waiting on my return refund weeks later as well. Had to buy the replacement size separate from the return.”
