“You customer service is destestable and your shipper is incompetent. My order was to be sent to Oregon in the USA, but was sent to Alabama -- Giesswein knew that, but still treated me with suspicion when I informed them. Then they sent me a FEDEX claim form auf Deutsch -- a language a barely understand, and expected me to file it for them. If they are not competent to do business internationally, they should not try to do it. Perhaps they can make good footwear. They are not a competent seller.”

“I purchased the bootee style slippers in grey. When I first got them I thought there was no way I would be able to get them onto my feet and would have to send them back. When I eventually did manage to put them on I realised how comfortable and cosy my feet felt in a blissful cocoon. I still do not find my slippers easy to put on but with the aid of a long handled shoe horn I can. I enjoy wearing the slippers overall.”
