“En regardant la semelle, on a l'impression que les chaussons ont déjà été portés....décevant. Par ailleurs le colis est arrivé totalement défoncé...j'ai des photos à votre disposition si vous le souhaitez. je vous retourne les chaussons, mais évidemment impossible d'utiliser le carton d'origine”

“My husband gave me the wool slippers as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately they were the wrong size. It was remarkably easy and fast to process the return and get a new pair sent to me in USA. I love the shoes, they are both warm and very comfortable. Our plan this year is to collect information on shoe sizes of our relatives so we can give Giesswein shoes as gifts to everyone next Christmas.”

“I was expecting a warmer more cushiony slipper with a cork base. I used have an Ecco sandals, which I used for years. I couldn't find the comfort they gave me in the Giesswein slippers. Still, they are comfortable and I am getting used to them.”
