“Je n'ai pas d'avis sur ma commande que je n'ai toujours pas reçue! Les délais annoncés ne sont pas respectés. Les notifications de livraison annoncent des changements de transporteurs (3 transporteurs différents pour le moment!) et toujours pas de livraison à 7 jours ouvrables depuis ma commande.”

“Ho acquistato le pantofole di lana. La suola è flessibile e il plantare è morbido. Tuttavia, la larghezza dovrebbe essere maggiore per chi ha la pianta del piede larga o l'alluce valgo. Poichè devo applicare delle medicazioni ai piedi, per altre marche di calzature è sufficiente acquistare uno o due numeri in più. Io calzo il 35,5 e ho dovuto acquistare addirittura il numero 39 perchè il 37 era troppo stretto.”

“Der Kundenservice ist sehr bemüht dass man sein Paket bekommt wenn es ein Zustellproblem gibt . Mann muss sich nur melden und muss aufpassen dass das Paket nicht automatisch retourniert wird. Das einzig schlechte aus meiner Sicht sind die automatisch generierten KI Antworten die einem nur die gröbsten Antworten geben . Laut der KI wird mein Packerl automatisch zurückgeschickt sobald ein Zustellversuch nicht funktioniert. Die Antwort ist sehr ärgerlich wenn man wie ich zum Beispiel in einer Aktion gekauft hat und die türnummer eigentlich eh hinterlegt war die der Post angeblich gefehlt hat. Sobald man einen menschlichen Mitarbeiter am Apparat hat oder mit einem schreibt gibt es keine Kritikpunkte mehr . Die Schuhe trage ich heute den ersten Tag und finde sie heute schon sehr bequem auch wenn ich sie noch spürbar bissl eintragen muss weil ich jetzt wieder Schuhe mit meinen orthopädischen Einlagen tragen kann Danke für Ihre Service und die gute Qualität ihrer Schuhe :) Mit freundlichen Grüßen Christoph Weber”
