“Great product. I have a high instep and the shoes are a little too tight on the top of my feet. You have an adjustment feature on the shoe so why not make the shoes a little more roomy and have the customer adjust as needed? Is there a way to stretch the shoe a little? Other than that, I like this product!”

“C'est la première fois que j'ai une petite critique à formuler. C'est sur l'emballage du produit,le carton trop grand pour la boîte avec des chaussons était écrasé et renforcé par la poste avec plusieurs épaisseurs de scotch.aucun calage à l'intérieur! Dommage mais revoir l'emballage pour le transport”

“We love the slippers we bought. But I have some questions about buying more that were not answered. I don't have a record of what size we bought...We ordered an American size 9 but we are not sure what that is in German sizing and we want to order more shoes. Also we want to get the most simple walking shoes and were not sure what to order. The slippers are the most comfortable shoes my husband has ever had!”

“I have no issues with Giesswein - it is very efficient in despatch of goods, and seems to have a good return policy (although I did not need it). Ordering and the sizing of shoes was made very easy. The delays seem to occur with the same courier company - Hermes/ Evri !!”
