“Bought two pairs of house shoes, one came without insoles!! After writing to them about it with pictures I was told that all house shoes come with insoles! No kidding….wrote back to confirm that my pair came without them and have not heard back in a week. Good product but not taking care of a simple complaint is poor!”

“I cannot give these slippers enough stars. I am 80 years old, and these are the most comfortable slippers I have ever owned. I have these in a grey color and they go just great with black slacks and jeans. If I wasn't so old, I'd buy another pair.”

“I have had my slippers slightly over a week. They are very warm and seem very well made. I wear a US size 12 and find these to be a little small for my feet so I suggest choosing the next size up. At times they are somewhat uncomfortable due to the smaller size. The sole support is robust so I find it takes a while for my feet to adjust to the sizable support which is uncomfortable at the start but adjusts. The red color is vivid and exactly what I wanted since they are easy to find in any light.”
