“This is my first pair of Giesswein trainers, I wanted a good quality waterproof pair for longer walks, I opted for the Wool Trail X Women’s style. I am really impressed, they have been really comfortable, feel supportive and excellent quality. I walked 4 miles / 6Km straight off with not a single issue (most unusual for a brand new pair of shoes). Highly recommend and will no doubt purchase as my standard “go to” brand from here on.”

“The slippers fit very well, but they leave marks on my wood floors. I stopped wearing them as a consequence. I wish I could keep them, but unless these slippers can be replaced or I receive instructions on how to resolve this problem, I will return them. When I contacted customer service by email, they responded by telling me I could return the slippers. I was hoping for a better resolution.”
