Was in a lovely box with a big pink bow , just didn’t realise it would take longer then thought yo arrive .. ( thought it would be overnight or next day) not the following day ..

I found the service excellent, but my hamper going to Toolangi, Vic was not deliverd to the person's address. It was delivered to the Healesville Vic PO which I was most disappointed with. At least you communicated with me that it had been delivered, despite not being delivered to the address I wanted it to. I assume you would use a courier service. When the hamper was finally picked up (it wasn't a surprise any more as I had to ring the person to pick the hamper up) the recipient really was very pleased with the contents and presentation of the hamper. Hi Suzanne, we are sorry to hear that your gift was delivered to the post office. Acreage and rural properties often have either locked gated or driveways that are long/not appropriate for courier vans, large packages are sometimes redirected to the local post office. While we do our best to provide all the information necessary for a successful delivery, couriers must use their individual discretion in the interest of their safety, vehicle accessibility and care for the contents they are transporting. Unfortunately your parcel was not affected by these delays and therefore arrived early. We sincerely apologise if the early arrival was inconvenient or upsetting for you. Customer service was helpful in answering my questions before making a purchase and also swapping out the cookie for a gluten free one as the receiver is coeliac, so that was nice of them. A downer was what I ordered, the Jasmine and Sage Pamper Hamper, was not what was purchased and what was packaged/delivered. My sister-in-law got a Jade Lotus Pamper Hamper instead. As she liked the scent I didn't bother to go through the motions of having it returned. So, I think just a bit more careful reading of orders and double checking of what is packaged up for future deliveries is needed. Delivery timeframes was amazing though.

These two hampers are very similar, the only difference is the scented candles and we are glad that the recipient liked the Jade Lotus candles. I was very happy with the service. The staff were very helpful. Bit disappointed as didn't look the same as on the website, but it did have to travel some distance.

The hamper recipients report the hamper was a really nice, lovely hamper. Very impressed with it. Easy to order - was one day later, but in current times that's pretty good. Will order through Gift Basket again.

Would like a wider variety of kids' baskets for different age groups. Also automatic discounts for when free delivery is offered on a weekend - missed it because i didn't know to put the discount code in.

Excellent gift baskets for baby shower well packaged and wrapped sent to central QLD (with cool pack!) - really happy with the products. Took 3 days longer than stated to arrive, understandable but updates would have been nice. Good customer service - response to a question was sent quickly. Will definitely use again but will be a bit wary of expected delivery dates.
