A great selection of family-friendly gift baskets and treats. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the gift basket was delivered two days late.

Gift looked lovely and and well received, definitely good value but disappointed with the delivery service as it was delivered a day late and to the post office not the home it spoiled the surprise sadly.

Everything just as described. Great gift package only disappointed it was delivered 2 days prior to date I had requested and the birthday girl was not at office to receive it for those 2 days

Jenny was such a pleasure to deal with and catered to our needs, even right down to the wire. Delivery was fast and turned up next day. One product I did want included was out of stock, but apart from that the service was great. Highly recommended!

My purchase was damaged during transit, however I contacted the seller and they offered my money back or to reissue the gift, which is what I chose to do. The gift was resent immediately and was delivered within 2 days. The gift was lovely and I'm very happy with their quick response and customer service.

Arrived early But in the circumstances I would of liked the basket to arrive on the day specified as it was a birthday basket But due to covid back log I’m impressed that it did arrive early Thank you so much

The gift baskets were great and the recipients were very happy. The issue I had was ordering baskets for 2 people at the same address. There was only an option for 1 gift card and my sister ended up with my Dad's fathers day card, the bottle of wine I added for my Dad was in a separate box so it caused some confusion. I would purchase from you again if those issues could be sorted out as everyone was happy with their gifts

Edit: Since writing the below review I was contacted by customer care. They offered to retrieve the parcel that was left at the post office in NSW and send out a new one to my Mum (now in Vic). They also apologised for the lack of response to my emails. While I was disappointed that the delivery did not make it on time in the first instance. I am very happy with the customer service I have now received to rectify the problem so I have updated the star rating. I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a gift basket to be sent to my Mum for her birthday who was stuck in NSW (Victorian resident). The delivery did not arrive in time (even though I ordered a week in advance to circumvent delivery delays). After that I contacted the ribbons and blooms helpdesk email address, asking how far away it could be because my parents were moving on from the caravan park. I received no response. After this, I emailed again to say could the delivery either go back to the company and I receive a refund OR can the delivery be sent to a different address where they have moved to. Still no response. I was notified that it was delivered today to the caravan park where they no longer are.

There was an issue of the date. I wanted it to be delivered same day ,and I paid the extra, but somehow the delivery date was set for another 3 weeks. But apart from that service was very good

First Order with Gift Basket. Ordered for father's day gift on 3/9/21 but arrive on 10/9/21 due to pandemic restrictions. The gift is perfect but just a comment on the delayed delivery with star track. Otherwise, it is a great gift item

Really love the variety and I was able to add more items. It would be great if you had a subtract facility as well.. to make your baskets completely customisable. Also if you were able to specify delivery dates. My delivery was too early! However that's a minor issue. This was a Father's Day gift.. making this service even more invaluable, because we're in lockdown. Thanks!
