“What do you buy your great Aunt, who is 104 and still as sharp as a whip? The gift basket we chose was the perfect gift. The ordering process was simple as was the payment system. Also there was no issue delivering to an age care facility, even during lockdown. She loves the gift (we chose wine and nibbles). Perfect.”

“The birthday chocolate basket was impressive. However I was most disappointed that it arrived the day after the birthday. Picked up in Brisbane on 1 November. Delivered in Auchenflower (a few miles away) on 3 November. Not good.”

“Basket ordered & paid 24/10- today 3/11 still no sign of the basket- your office advised they had contacted Star Track and had it redirected from Tanunda to my home address in Gulfview Heights- but before that could happen Star Track had to find it!!!! $190.00 spent, food stuff will need to be thrown away- if ever the basket is found- what about a refund I have paid for a service that has not been delivered. Very disappointed An Update- Ribbons & Blooms have acted and a new order was dispatched on Friday and arrived in Roxby today- A beautiful basket and three day turnaround. It appears the first missing basket was a transport issue, which is out of their control.- so thank you R&B”

“Wow what a turnaround. Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with this company and placed the appropriate review - not a good one. I was very pleased to receive an almost instant call re my review apologising and asking how they could make amends. The courier company let them down but the sales staff are awesome. Good work”
