“I ordered the basket at least 2 weeks before I wanted it delivered so was disappointed that it was delivered the day before I wanted it delivered. It was a birthday gift and it's always nice to get something on your actual birthday. The gift itself was very nice and the recipient was pleased with it.”

“Thank you. I live 20 hours from my children who were in a serious car accident, thankfully their injuries were minor. The basket I sent was a little recovery gift. Some deliverers find their unit difficult to find, however your delivery person delivered their gift successfully. Thanks again. It was well received.”

“Excellent gift baskets for baby shower well packaged and wrapped sent to central QLD (with cool pack!) - really happy with the products. Took 3 days longer than stated to arrive, understandable but updates would have been nice. Good customer service - response to a question was sent quickly. Will definitely use again but will be a bit wary of expected delivery dates.”

“I used Gift Basket as my son in Sydney sent my husband a hamper for Fathers Day from them. We were impressed with the quality of the contents and the packaging was amazing, so when my other son in Melbourne moved unto his new apartment I thought I would send him a welcome hamper. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and he was delighted with it. All in all a very good company to deal with. Would use again and recommend.”
