“The gift basket that arrived was exactly what was ordered, it was perfect. Delivery was exactly on time and I was kept up to date all the way through. Highly recommended provider.”

“First time ordering internationally on this site. I was given an order date for delivery. That date has passed. Tracking shows delivery date set 4 months prior to my purchase date. No idea when my gift will be arriving and no status communication either.”

“Amazingly quick service during the Sydney lockdown. I was super impressed that the order was finalised at 4pm on the Thursday in Brisbane, and my friend received the bouquet of chocolate at 10.30am the following day in Sydney! Bravo team!”

“Basket choice was good, and delivery was communicated well - both prior and after purchase. I would have liked a cheaper total basket option and quicker delivery, but that's probably more my overblown expectations than practicality! If buying for someone in another city I'd definitely consider using them again.”

“I found the online ordering and payment a breeze and the follow up emails advising progress of my order much appreciated. My gift basket was for a special occasion and was delivered on the exact date requested which given the extra factor of the current covid restrictions was fantastic. The recipients were impressed with the quality and variety of the products. I will be using your service again.”

“I was disappointed as it cost $278 as I purchased extra cheese, tag and chocolates and asked to be delivered to my daughters on Friday. I especially did not tell her as it was a birthday surprise during lockdown. I gave your company her mobile to ring as it’s difficult to get into her building but no one rang when delivered on THURSDAY. I received a text from Star Trek informing me that no one was home so they took it to Rosebery Post Office. Knowing there was cheese in it that was time sensitive I called my daughter who informed me she also received a text to go to post office. However she was unaware what it was so would have gone the next day if I had not rung her. she went straight down and picked it up. I understand with Sydney lockdown things are not as normal but maybe a bit better communication by phone and not auto text could have not ruined her surprise. Jo Peterson”
