“The lady who took my phone order was easy to understand on the phone, polite and extremely helpful in making up a gift basket to my requirements. It was presented elegantly with a big purple bow and the contents were thoroughly enjoyed by the recipient who was in hospital. “Was nice however slighty overpriced i thought for what came in the package but also did not arrive the day it stated. Apparently due to covid however in the trackong it wasnt picked up until 4mins before closing the day it was supposed to be delivered. Other then that it is a nice basket.”

“Package was delivered to the wrong address and did not make it in time for my grandmothers 81st birthday. Package was delivered on a Thursday and was not rectified until the following Monday. We are in lockdown so there was nothing I could do to replace it. Company offered to reimburse shipping cost and offered a $30 voucher to use with them. I won’t be using them again so I don’t get anything. Would have preferred my money back.”
