“I was happy with the product but was not happy with the delivery time, I had my order in and asked for delivery to be made on 6th Aug. As it was a gift for my best friend's 50th birthday who lives in QLD and I live in NSW so we couldn't be together for this special occasion, she didn't get the gift until 9th Aug. I was extremely disappointed.”

“I was able to organize everything online. I made additions to the hamper. Delivery was seamless with updates via email along the way to confirm delivery. Recipients were very impressed with quality of hamper contents.”

“I’ve used Gift Basket several times now and have been incredibly pleased with each delivery. If you’re ever stuck as to what to buy someone for a special occasion, I will recommend Gift Basket any day of the week! Delivery can be a little unpredictable at the moment given the pandemic (I’ve had some arrive early, some late) but that’s completely understandable. All the feedback from the recipients have been extremely positive!”

“Products were very good. Happy with that. Service not so good. Still awaiting a delivery to be completed that was scheduled to arrive 4 days ago. I would revisit your site and purchase but had you business provided better service I would have not even bothered to shop around. I requested follow up on each of the deliveries that I had booked. Although I did receive follow up there was one instance where I had to put forward two follow up requests before a received a response from customer service. One of the follow up responses were for me to chase up directly with the Star Trek couriers. Now my issue is that I did not pay or place my order with Star Trek couriers. Removing your business from the problem and expecting me to solve your logistics issues does not provide the service I am looking for. I am a loyal customer therefore you will get my order again. But your issue is that if I receive excellent service I tend to lean towards blind loyalty. I will be keeping my eye open now for a better deal.”

“I ordered a Gift Basket etc to be delivered to my grandson in hospital. On the morning of delivery (Wed) he was sent home from the hospital. When I found out it was later in the day and tried to call to redirect but it was after 4pm. Outside the ridiculously short business hours of the company! I contacted the StarTrak help line to arrange home delivery (in the same suburb). They took the new address and said the package would have to go back to the depot and be delivered on Friday. I had an email from your company on the Thursday to let me know they had contacted Star Trak and all was fine. Later Friday afternoon when I had not heard anything about the delivery I contacted you again. I was told I would get a call back to let me know what was going on. Instead I got an email saying the basket had been delivered. I checked with my family and nothing had arrived. It was after 4pm again! No phones staffed. I contacted the consignment company again and they told me delivery had been refused! They had taken it to the hospital again!! Shocking service all around. Now I am told it won't be delivered until after the weekend.”
