Hello Kelly, we do apologise for the delay caused due to Paypal. But unfortunately sometimes things are not under our control. Your payment got delayed because of paypal and we can't really dispatch the hampers until it's all paid. We have done that in past, sending the hampers which was on hold in paypal and ending up not getting paid for it. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this but this is the company policy that we have to follow. Hope you understand.

“Was disappointed the 2nd time by late delivery for an important date. They blamed the courier but if you are an online gift business this is an essential part of your business. Mother's Day gift was delivered 4 days after it was scheduled to arrive. So disappointed for my mum who was alone on Mother's Day. Won't use the service again”

When a customer places an order, there is a statement at the checkout that says “We cannot specify a delivery time, or ask Australia Post/StarTrack to call a recipient prior to delivery but any other notes such as where to leave the parcel or any other information that may be useful to the couriers, please write here”. We always put the contact number on the shipping label, as this may be used by the delivery depots to confirm/update addresses, as well as allow post office staff to contact recipients to collect their items. Most courier companies are on a very tight schedule and are unable to call ahead of delivery or follow the delivery notes if they are too complex. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we thank you kindly for your understanding. If there is anything else we can do for you, or assist you with, please let us know and we will always do our best to assist. Warm regards

“The company has no communication with the couriers, so the package sat at the post office from Thursday to Monday, and nobody could tell me where it was when I rang on Friday. It was supposed to be delivered on the Friday for a party. If I knew where it was I could have arranged someone to collect it. It turned up 3 days after the party even though it was delivered to the local post office the day before.”

“Well-packaged and presented hamper. Delivery of the hamper was on Monday rather than the previous Friday as planned. I satisfied all the order requirements for the delivery date to be met, such as placing and paying for the hamper and delivery charge well in advance of the required delivery date. Eventually got there.”
