I am still waiting for gift to be delivered nearly a week after I ordered

Hi Rosaria, we are sorry that your gift arrived two days late. I checked the tracking of the gift and the gift was delivered on 30th September instead of 28th September. I understand the disappointment but we always advise our customers on the website of the current delays under our “Delivery Information” section. There is also a statement at the checkout advising customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guarantee of delivery date). During this time, StarTrack is working as quickly as possible to ensure deliveries are being made to customers as soon as possible. On behalf of StarTrack, we would like to apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused as a result.

I was extremely disappointed , I ordered a chocolate gift basket for my daughter to be delivered on Friday the 1 st September and it was delivered on the Wednesday. This completely ruined the surprise . I would have liked to have been emailed with the option of cancelling and trying elsewhere . I phoned as soon as you opened in the morning with the hope of stopping the delivery and was told it was because of Fathers Day and you are busy, which I fully understand it’s a busy time but I should have been given the option of cancelling. I was told it was better early than late,which it was not, I expected it to be deliverered on the day I asked for. I was ordering from New Zealand and for reasons I won’t go into we couldn’t be there ourselves so this was extra important. Regards Raewyn Regan.

Hi Raewyn, we apologise that your parcel arrived earlier than requested. As it was Father's Day and it's usually a busy period, we have been advised by our courier company to send everything out early in order to counteract any possible delays. Unfortunately your parcel was not affected by these delays and therefore arrived early. Please note, we do have a statement at the checkout advising our customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guaranteed delivery date) and we also have a statement advising that orders may be dispatched early. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.

Ordered 3 days before delivery day and was still late. The recipient left the state next day.

Not happy with service order gift basket on Thursday so that we could have it delivered on Monday for a co-workers birthday and she didn't receive until day after her birthday

The Birthday Gift Basket didn't arrive on the Birthday, we were all very disappointed. It did arrive a day later and it was very nice but I doubt I will re-order due to the late delivery.

I ordered the chocolate hamper for my partner for our anniversary. Firstly it came a day early which was frustrating and it was in a box marked as a gift basket. Surprise... Chocolate hamper was also very small and for the money I paid was a waste. Go get a favourites box, put a bow on it and that's what you get.

Regarding the size of the chocolate bouquets - they have the largest associated labour cost than any other gift, due to the amount of time it takes to assemble an individual bouquet. I was disappointed the item delivered wasn’t the same as I ordered from the picture catalogue . It was for my daughters 30th birthday so I am a pretty disappointed , but luckily the florist I ordered her flower delivery from exceeded all expectations by a mile

The delivery was for my elderly father in a retirement village. The driver decided to leave the basket at the post office which meant i needed to arrange a carer to take him up to the post office. So the basket cost an extra $50 due to time i had to pay for a carer. I am in a different state to my father and have used similar service before without these issues. The office of the Village is the place the gifts should end up if the elderly do not answer their phone.

Products were very good. Happy with that. Service not so good. Still awaiting a delivery to be completed that was scheduled to arrive 4 days ago. I would revisit your site and purchase but had you business provided better service I would have not even bothered to shop around. I requested follow up on each of the deliveries that I had booked. Although I did receive follow up there was one instance where I had to put forward two follow up requests before a received a response from customer service. One of the follow up responses were for me to chase up directly with the Star Trek couriers. Now my issue is that I did not pay or place my order with Star Trek couriers. Removing your business from the problem and expecting me to solve your logistics issues does not provide the service I am looking for. I am a loyal customer therefore you will get my order again. But your issue is that if I receive excellent service I tend to lean towards blind loyalty. I will be keeping my eye open now for a better deal.

Disappointed the gift was not delivered within the time frame that the website stated it would be. Yes, I know deliveries are delayed at present but don't commit to a promise you can't deliver.

Order was meant to arrive 27/08/2021 for my partner's birthday in lockdown. It is now 30/08/2021 and order has still not arrived. No communication from seller's end.

Disappointed…..Was supposed to be a nice suprise for my granddaughters birthday who is in lockdown. The gift basket was delivered on the wrong day even though on the website it asked for the required delivery date. It was also missing the teddy bear I paid extra for. The whole gift looked very underwhelming and nothing like I expected from the website description. The only saving grace was that my granddaughter enjoyed the lollies!

Hamper went missing and spent my day and the recipient spent their day trying to find it. Not much help from the company and very unimpressed with the delivery details not been put through correctly for it to be delivered. Won’t be using again as the whole thing was a massive head ache!!!! With little help or support from them.
