“Organising a gift from New Zealand to a family member in Australia is always a risk. However this experience was amazing, easy to order online, the gift was beyond expectation and made my mum so happy to receive. She said "it was a gift that kept giving" When the delivery company had trouble delivering to the hospital the customer care team went above and beyond to ensure it was redelivered. I will certainly be using this company again and recommend to everyone. Thank you for making this such an easy, successful experience ☺️”

“I sent a cheese platter hamper to my brother for his birthday and he said that receiving it made his day. I thought it looked like a great selection of items. The delivery was made on the day and early morning which was perfect. I will definitely use this site and their lovely hampers again.”

“The product was as described and worked a treat. But it was for an anniversary and requested it accordingly for the day via Premium tracking (Friday 1/10). Unfortunately, it did not come and eventually made it's way to my address on Tuesday (5/10). While it's not a detrimental concern, it did somewhat dampen the occassion, and I was hoping at least to be notified why etc from Gift Basket. I also can't solely blame the couriers, because I used the exact same couriers for flowers from a different company and it came on the Friday as requested. Overall, great product, poor delivery.”

“Have recently purchased 2 hampers and wow, what beautifully presented hampers they were! Arrived quickly and both were beautifully packaged, the recipients were overwhelmed. Quality of contents is extremely high and this is definitely a hamper for a foodie! Excellent customer service. Great value for money and easy to add things to it to further customise it for the person you are gifting it to. Highly recommended!!!”
