“Was probably the most disappointing gift basket I have ever purchased. I honestly thought it would have been a lot bigger for the price. For over $100 I don't see how it's even remotely fair value. I would be able to put it together for about $40 buying the things separate. Really really Un happy and never ever going back to your dodgy website. False advertising in my opinion.”

“Pretty disappointing as I ordered the basket to come on the friday before mother’s day and then it said it was ‘on time’ for the monday after mother’s day? pretty slack”

Hi Tegan, We are sincerely sorry for the disappointment caused with your delivery. When a customer places an order, there is a statement at the checkout that says "I understand that StarTrack Premium Express-Overnight can sometimes experience a delay in certain areas due to circumstances out of our control". We are also very clear that unexpected delays may occur at busy times during the year. Startrack Express is a completely separate company from us, one that we must use due to the size and scope of their network, however once we have shipped your gift we are no longer in control of the shipping process.

“I'm in NZ, but I used this company to send my sister a gift basket for her birthday, as she lives in Queensland. The ordering process is easy to understand and it's equally easy to add additional items, a message and set a delivery date. Hamper was delivered on the date set and from what I was told, was much appreciated.”

“I was so sad to report that the gift basket was disturbingly small. Definitely misleading photography. Definitely is not value for money. I bought 3 Baskets over $200 + shipping (expected) I was left feeling ripped off and had to go out and buy more easter eggs on top.”
