“I ordered a hamper from the UK for my daughter in Cairns. It was delivered really quickly and I received lots of email updates on the delivery tracking, which was fantastic ! She loved the hamper too!”

“Sadly I found the website difficult to use however I persisted and placed my order. I wanted to order two baskets for different people but at same holiday accommodation address -it was not possible to be done on the same order unless they got delivered to one client who then passed on the other. My order was sent prior to the requested delivery date which caused issues as the guests had not arrived at the accommodation so I then had to make arrangements for another to collect the baskets and deliver on correct date. Certainly would not recommend this company and will not be using in future.”

Hi Kerry, we are sorry to hear that you found our website difficult to use. As we are only allowed to print out the same shipping label per order and address, unfortunately we cannot address the recipients separately (you can combine the names together in the recipient field) if the gifts are going to the same address. However, we have included the recipients' names to be put on top of the gift card envelopes so the recipients know who the gift is for. Regarding delivery, as Christmas is the busiest period of the year, there is a much higher demand for deliveries and postal services. We have been advised by our courier company to dispatch orders early in efforts to counteract any possible delays - there is also a statement at checkout advising customers orders maybe dispatched early. Unfortunately, your parcel was not affected by these delays and therefore has arrived early and we do sincerely apologise.

Hi Sharon, we are sorry to hear that your parcel didn't arrive on time. We had a look at your order tracking and could see there was an attempted delivery once before, but the driver was unable to gain access to the property, so the parcel was taken back to their depot and redelivery was organised for the next available day, causing the parcel to arrive 1 business days late. We sincerely apologise and hope you can understand.

“Gift basket itself was OK. Overpriced treats but no more than any other gift basket service I have experienced. Delivery was requested for a Tuesday as it was to a business but they tried to deliver on a Sunday!!! No notification was received of non delivery and not till I asked the receiver some time later if they had received it did I realize they hadn't. Receiver had to go out of their way to collect as redelivery was not even attempted. Very close to a ruined Xmas. Wouldn't use again.”

Hi Jonathon, we are sorry to hear that the courier tried to deliver your gift basket on a Sunday. We have been advised that they only operate on weekdays, we are unsure why they tried to deliver on a weekend, perhaps they are working overtime to try and get everyone's Christmas orders delivered, we're not 100% sure. Unfortunately once a parcel leaves our warehouse and is with the courier, we lose control of how and when it will get delivered. On behalf of StarTrack, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
