While the gift basket was beautifully done, I was so disappointed in the delivery. It was for a 60th birthday in which I presumed like other online r services THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON THAT SPECIAL DAY.Only to have it delivered the next day and in the afternoon.I have dealt with StarTrack before & if I’d have known it was with that company or that it wasn’t same day, I wouldn’t have purchased the gift.

Hi Miriam, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment in the delivery service. In the shipping section at checkout, it was stated that the delivery method is via StarTrack Premium. We also have a statement at checkout which requires customers to check and acknowledge that there are possible delays via the StarTrack overnight service and unfortunately out of our control. The online ordering process was simple to navigate, and the price was right. The service was prompt, and the gift was delivered on time. The recipients loved the basket and its contents, so there's not much more to be said.

Never delivered to the house and someone was home It was left down the driveway in the heat Everything was melted by the time he realised it was even there

Hi Dianne, we are sorry to hear that the courier left the parcel down the driveway in the heat. While we try our best to provide all the information necessary for a successful delivery, unfortunately once the parcel has left our warehouse, we lose control of how and when it will get delivered. Based on what we can see you've ordered, the only content inside the gift that could possibly melt would be the 3 Ferrero Rocher. Disappointed that it arrived a day early. The purpose of the basket was because I was away for my wife’s birthday for work, little point in it coming the day before.

Hi Eric, we are very sorry to hear that the gift arrived early and in some ways didn't suit the purpose you intended when sending it. We hope that your wife enjoyed her gift anyway, and your thoughts. The process from order, creation, dispatch and delivery is a long one, with a courier company and many unpredictable elements, but we do try our very hardest. Please accept our apology that things didn't quite go to plan for you and you were disappointed.

The Chocolate Bouquets have the largest associated labour cost than any other gift, due to the amount of time it takes to assemble an individual bouquet. A full description list is available on each basket detailing all inclusions of the product to assist our customers in making the best purchase. We have no intention to be misleading in any way, however understand that there was some misunderstanding and we do sincerely apologise.

Very disappointing. I purchased a gift for my daughter-in-law for her birthday and they delivered it 2 days before her birthday despite specifying the date. When I found out I emailed them and received a return email about 'can't always rely on transport' and 'they deliver when they can'. Don't purchase anything that needs to be delivered on a certain date :(

Hi Tania, we are sorry to hear that your gift arrived earlier than requested. As we can see that the estimated delivery timeframe provided to us by StarTrack was a minimum of 2 working days and also with added information about possible delays provided to us, we were advised to send the gifts out early in order to prevent any possible delays. However, it seems like your area was not affected therefore the gift arrived early. Please note, we do have a statement at the checkout advising our customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guaranteed delivery date) and we also have a statement advising that orders may be dispatched early.

Gift not delivered as patient had left hospital. Took 5 days to deliver and still couldnt get gift delivered to hotel.

Hi Christine, we are sorry to hear that your gift was not delivered to the hotel. As soon as we have heard from you that the recipient has left the hospital, we lodged a request with StarTrack for a redirection to the hotel and according to the tracking, it was redirected the next business days. Unfortunately for some unknown reason, the courier was not able to deliver the gift and it was taken to the post office for collection. We have resent you the new tracking number and collection reminder with details via email. On behalf of StarTrack, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Excellent service. They take into consideration the needs of the customers. I wanted the delivery to be done on the same day before a particular time and they made sure it was done. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
