“Terrible!! it was to be for Valentine's Day but as I know that day can be crazy I organise it to be sent on the 13th to her work. It was delivered on the 10th and not to her work but to the post office thanks for ruining Valentine's Day will never use again”

Hi Michael, We are sincerely sorry for the disappointment caused with your delivery. At the checkout it states that unexpected delays may occur at busy times during the year. Startrack Express is a completely separate company from us, one that we must use due to the size and scope of their network, however once we have shipped your gift we are no longer in control of the shipping process. The parcel is taken to local post office only if the couriers can't gain access to the building or Recipient is not available to receive the parcel.

Hello Christie, We sincerely apologise to hear of your disappointment with your order. When a customer places an order, there is a statement at the checkout that says "I understand that StarTrack Premium Express-Overnight can sometimes experience a delay in certain areas due to circumstances out of our control. " We are also very clear that unexpected delays may occur at times. Startrack Express is a completely separate company from us, one that we must use due to the size and scope of their network, however once we have shipped your gift we are no longer in control of the shipping process. And the card message is copied from the order and pasted to the gift card, if the standard card was sent instead of the upgraded premium card please let us know so that we can process a refund for the amount paid for an upgrade.

“I am so glad I came across this website! The easiest way to send a gift basket, for whatever reason, and so many to choose from! There is the opportunity to send to the more remote areas, unlike some other websites. Delivery was more than prompt - with the two times I used this service delivery was made the business day before the date I requested with packages being left in safe places. Secure payment facility much appreciated. Shall keep on using this website when I need to send someone something special! Thank you!”
