“Order arrived on requested due date even though ordered well in advance, so system worked perfectly. Recipients were unfortunately unwell at that time so feedback about gift has been a little muted But am sure it was appreciated. Thanks”

“Terrible! The basket with cheese was left out in 100°heat and one of the sippers was cracked. They would not replace it. Very disappointed. I'm on the otherside of the world so it's difficult to do anything. But they got their money!”

“I needed to send a gift quickly to a person in hospital just overnight. Giftbasket.com was so great. The person in the chat was so helpful. It was easy to order online in the morning and they had the gift basket at the hospital within a few hours. Fantastic service. I highly recommend them!!!”
