“GiftRound is very easy to use and provide a fantastic service. I'm a complete numpty when it comes to typing and managed to type the recipient's email address wrong so it was sent to an invalid address. Their customer service sorted it out very quickly, and even called me to confirm it had been done. I highly recommend GiftRound!”

“Very easy to use would highly recommend. I closed this ready to spend the money on a voucher then realised that we had one more VIP who needed to contribute! I contacted them and asked them for help in re opening it and they helped me and reopneed it within 10 minutes! great company and I will definitely use it again!”

“I've been using GiftRound for our company collections since lockdown, the majority of our staff still work remotely. It's such an easy system to navigate and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are so lovely to deal with and get back to you straight away , if you have any queries. Thank You !”

“There were a few options for this kind of thing but Giftround was recommended by a colleague and I liked their options for gifts. The process to set up the card and collection was straight forward and I was informed every time someone added to the collection. During the period of collecting, I had to query how to make amendments to messages and the company got back within hours with helpful suggestions and tips. I had to call them at the end as I couldn't see a particular shop option and Claire was super helpful in arranging vouchers for the store I wanted and kept me updated all the way through. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company for its efficient and friendly service.”

“Lovely team at GiftRound replied by return to a late email from me as I had misspelled a word and that word underwrote my whole message! Brilliant customer service and I love the fact they don’t take a cut of my donation.”

“I had an issue downloading a voucher (caused by attempting to access it from overseas), on contacting GiftRound I received immediate and outstanding support from Claire that fixed the issue. Excellent service, highly recommended.”

“Starting using GiftRound during lockdown as a PA in a large company it was an easy to use on line service. Easy to set up and manage with 1st class customer service. I have now been using it for the past 3 years with for all sorts of occasions. The service is perfect does everything you need as if you were still in the office”

“A brilliant idea! We did a collection for the teachers at our school and it's so much better than the teachers receiving 30 candles or boxes of chocolates. They can buy what they want or need with the vouchers, or splash out on a meal. It was so easy to set up, manage and process once the collection was completed. A lovely touch to have all the comments sent to you too. I called to ask some questions and they were so prompt and helpful. Highly recommend this for collections for any occasion!”

“We use Giftround for all our office collections – from special birthdays to weddings. It so easy to set up a collection, for colleagues to make a donation and to make the final purchase from their great range of vouchers and gifts. “GiftRound is an amazing place which helps to organise presents and cards in an effective, easy way for a group of people - with the option of adding your message at the same place as you contribute to the collection (across the country or the world). “This service is so fantastic for doing office collections for birthdays leaving etc. It is so easy to set up and don't need to do messy bank details as each person can contribute then you can buy a voucher for loads of places. I made a mistake with my email and they sorted it within 10 mins!! Amazing service. Highly recommend!”
