“Parents at our school often use Giftround for teachers gifts . It’s so easy to use . And the cash option is helpful as it gives you choices . recently when I had an issue transferring a voucher to a teacher the help team could not have been more efficient . They sorted everything super quickly despite a crackly line . Highly recommend”

“Really good way of creating a collection and everyone contributing can add a little message. The support team are friendly and helped resolve my issue quickly. Happy with service received and would highly recommend using this website.”

“I've recently used GiftRound to gather donations from colleagues who are scattered across the UK for a leaving present for a colleague. It was so easy to set up the GiftRound account and to start collecting the money. Rather than purchasing a voucher, we decided we would draw down the money so we could purchase a gift. Unfortunately, I ran into issues when I uploaded a scanned image of my driving licence, needed for ID. The images were blurred and I received a standard response explaining this. However, when I went back in to try and upload a photo of said licence, I couldn't work out how to do it. So, I contacted the Customer Support team and the service I had from them was excellent!! I got a really quick response to my initial email, and they were really efficient in getting the problem sorted, including simple step-by-step instructions for what I needed to do next. I would definitely use them again and am very grateful for how they dealt with me.”

“My first experience with GiftRound was very positive. It was easy to use and easy to share the link and therefore collect contributions and messages. I had to contact customer services when Royal Mail were late delivering the card/voucher and they were very responsive and not at fault (Royal Mail had a delay it would seem). The GiftRound experience was far less time consuming that the traditional way of doing a card and collection in an office environment. I appreciate the time it saved!”

“I used this service and found it a very good way to get monies collected for a colleagues gift. Its easy to use. I had a problem with the colleague leaving the firm before the girftcard was sent to his email and Claire kindly got it re-directed to his new email, so after care was excellent also. Will be using it again in the future. Thanks Carolyn”
