“Brilliant service that we use at work for birthday/special occasion collections. Claire on the support team has been so helpful and quick to respond on a couple of queries I had. System so easy to navigate and the recipient recieved their voucher seamlessly. I would suggest a bit more explanation and instruction on how to send the voucher/collection to someone once it's ready. The purchase gift option confused me and wasn't really obvious whether you'd be using the collection amount or your own money to purchase!”

“I love GiftRound. It's such an easy platform to use, simple and userfriendly. I recently had an issue and it was so easy to find a solution from the FAQs. I contacted the team and they were highly effective and resolved my problem very quickly. They were also extremely polite, helpful and friendly and lovely to deal with. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they weren't a large team as their responses were timely and most professional too. Good luck to the team and thanks for providing a brilliant service!”

“Giftround was easy to use, we have many staff members who work remotely and this has enabled all staff to be involved. We are very impressed with how easy it was to contribute and comment. Also, had an issue (not Giftround) as we input the incorrect email address to receive the gift, but Giftround sorted this within the hour. Would highly recommend it and would definitely use it again.”

“Used this for a Colleague's leaving gift. Easy to navigate & circulate. Sent to wrong email address, which was my fault. Requested to re-send and Giftround sent to correct address in quick time”

“I have used Giftround for a couple of years now. I have organised around 15 collections requesting either vouchers or bank transfer, it has worked well with no issues and people have been delighted with their gifts. Quick and easy to use many of my colleagues have started to use too. Great service, thank you.”
