“The help desk was very efficient when I had a query relating to the purchase of a gift card. Overall I found the service very easy to use and it is a very effective way of collecting donations for staff occasions that requires no handling of cash.”

“GiftRound is brilliant! Not only is it quick, and simple to use - there is a huge variety of gifts available, so there is something to suit everybody! In addition to the above, when I made a mistake and almost lost the voucher, Claire from the GiftRound team was able to retrieve the voucher very quickly and was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional! I will definitely be using GiftRound again as well as recommending it to family, friends and colleagues!”

“I found GiftRound so easy to set up for a colleagues wedding gift collection. I particularly like that there’s an option for people to contribute and comment or comment only. There was also a very quick turn around for purchasing and receiving the e-gift voucher (by email) and the congratulations card with all the comments (by post). Highly recommended and lovely company to deal with. Thank you!”

“Brilliant service that we use at work for birthday/special occasion collections. Claire on the support team has been so helpful and quick to respond on a couple of queries I had. System so easy to navigate and the recipient recieved their voucher seamlessly. I would suggest a bit more explanation and instruction on how to send the voucher/collection to someone once it's ready. The purchase gift option confused me and wasn't really obvious whether you'd be using the collection amount or your own money to purchase!”

“I love GiftRound. It's such an easy platform to use, simple and userfriendly. I recently had an issue and it was so easy to find a solution from the FAQs. I contacted the team and they were highly effective and resolved my problem very quickly. They were also extremely polite, helpful and friendly and lovely to deal with. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they weren't a large team as their responses were timely and most professional too. Good luck to the team and thanks for providing a brilliant service!”

“Giftround was easy to use, we have many staff members who work remotely and this has enabled all staff to be involved. We are very impressed with how easy it was to contribute and comment. Also, had an issue (not Giftround) as we input the incorrect email address to receive the gift, but Giftround sorted this within the hour. Would highly recommend it and would definitely use it again.”
