“Worst purchasing experience ever. I understand there were various delays due to Covid but Glacier Hobbies NEVER sent me any emails or notifications about the delays or changes in shipping. Once I finally found out on my own after waiting over two years, I emailed multiple times and never got any response. I reached out via Instagram as well and had been told, āit shouldnāt be much longer, we are just waiting on the second shipment of delayed ordersā and another 10 weeks goes by without anymore word. So, I reached out again on social media, stating it had been over two years and only after the comment got attention from others did they agree to FINALLY send me my stupid package.”

We apologize for the bad experience you had with us. The delays were posted on our website for over a year as well as on our social media. As of currently we don't do individual email notifications since almost all items were delayed due to Covid and distributor negligence.
As for preorders, it is our policy to not ship out preorders until all the preorders are ready. We sent out your order before all the preorders were ready as a courtesy, unfortunately it is not something we can do for everyone and will not do again in the future.
We've been working hard with various distributors to get the delays situation fixed. It is only this month that we started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for your patience.
