“The collection of GOBI does not exactly match my tast. I ordered a shawl, however the colour was a compromise. I wanted to replace some Cashmere shawls that I bought some 15 - 20 years ago. One of which came from an FAO project in Nepal with the colour that I really appreciated.”

“Ware schön und Qualität gut. War als Geburtstagsgeschenk (09.02.) gedacht. Leider war die Größe, die sonst passt, zu klein. Schade. Ware ging sofort am 10.02. retour.”

“Die Qualität und Verarbeitung ist ist sehr hochwertig. Leider wurde bei zwei Pullovern die ich in Größe XL besellt das Etiket falsch eingenäht, es handelte sich um eine XXL. Der Kundenservice ist dafür sehr schlecht! Ich habe den Kundenservice dieses Problem ausführlich beschrieben und auch Fotos mit angehaltenen Maßband gesand, habe aber nach 3 Wochen immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Das gleiche bei der Retoure, warte da auch schon seit der auf eine Bestätigungsemail vom Retoureneingang. So einen schlechten service habe ich bei so hochwertiger Kleidung noch nie erlebt.”

“Des produits très confortables et beaux. Je n’ai pas encore pu tester la longévité mais c’est sera pour moi le critère pour décider de mes achats futurs. Pour l’instant je suis très satisfait. Il y a juste un « petit » problème de la conception du site. Quand vous passez la commande vos objets restent dans le panier ! Du coup j’ai reçu un rappel que je n’avais pas finalisé mon achat ! Je me suis retrouvé avec la double commande. Heureusement ce sont des pulls que j’aime bien et j’avais l’argent sur mon compte ... bref soyez bien plus attentifs.”

“Die Qualität der Kleidungsstücke ist wirklich sehr, sehr gut, tolles Garn, hochwertig verarbeitet und sehr schöne Farben. Leider fällt die Passform sehr knapp aus - kurze Pullover und sehr kurze Ärmel, daher gibt es einen Stern Abzug.”
