“I am very happy with the quality of cashmere, all the products are true in size, the delivery was fast, but I do not like the requirement of signature on my packages. I had to take day off for this and I lost about 200 dollars, for this money I could buy one extra sweater usually all my packаges wait me near the doors. And it is a reason why i will not buy anymore. I work M-Sat from 9 am-5 pm. Our post offices work from 8.30 am-5.30 pm and I have not time to go here, only take day off.”

For your information, your shipping and billing addresses can be different. Please note that our logistics center (except for the USA and Canada, which is located in the USA) is located in Germany, therefore, international shipments outside of Europe can take up to 21 working days to be delivered. Furthermore, due to the current pandemic situation, the delivery can have up to 5 days of delay. Since you have placed your order recently, we would kindly ask for your patience. “Ich habe inzwischen zwei Damenpullover gekauft: einen dicken mit Zopfmuster und einen normalen dünneren ohne Muster: Vorab - die Qualität beider Oberteile ist wunderbar, Farben großartig, Muster und Design sowie Passform ebenfalls. Die Größenangaben sind sehr zutreffend und sitzen perfekt. Die Preise sind in Anbetracht der Qualität äußerst günstig. Der dünne klassische Pullover ist übrigens komplett rundgestrickt, einschließlich der Ärmel. Er ist wunderbar leicht, wärmt aber trotzdem überdurchschnittlich gut. Der dicke Musterpullover ist etwas schwerer, vermutlich durch vierfädige Verarbeitung, und wärmt auch bei extremen Minusgraden......Aber, aber - ich hab zwar 5 Sterne vergeben, aber trotzdem einen Kritikpunkt: Die Lieferfristen sind abenteuerlich lang, und die Logistik m.E. sehr verbesserungswürdig: Bei der Auftragsbestätigung wird ein Liefertermin genannt, der sich täglich aktualisiert - so hat man null Ahnung, wann das Paket wohl tatsächlich losgeschickt wird, und hofft täglich. Und wenn man dann ein Versandavis mit dhl-Sendungsnummer erhält, dauert es fast eine ganze Woche, bis das Paket endlich unterwegs ist. In der Logistik steckt noch sehr viel Verbesserungspotential. Dennoch: super schöne Ware, und das Warten hat sich gelohnt!!”

“I ordered size L men's peacoat. Received size M. Returned it to get a full refund. The package came back to me because your location has moved to a different place. Requested for another return label. Returned the package and emailed again to request for a refund. Have not heard from you all at all. Overall, very dissatisfied with the experience.”

“I bought one item online. However it’s never delivered. Although they confirmed by a shipping company the item was failed to delivered, they’re still refusing the refund. The demanded me sigh THE DECLARATION over the email, instead. They know I paid a full amount. They know the item was not delivered. It’s their legal obligation to pay back. It’s the worst online shopping experience by far.”

“Gobi US’s customer service for returns is the worst I have ever seen in my many years of online shopping. No communication from Gobi and no refund. My order (6308) arrived on 21 September and as the colour wasn’t right I tried to request a return through the return portal on the same day. The portal kept telling me that my return could not be accepted, even though I was clearly within the 14 day returns window. I emailed Gobi US several times to seek assistance with how to return my order and then tried to phone during California business hours but no response. In order to meet the 14 day returns period, I posted the order back via tracked, registered, express mail (costing me AUD$50) and emailed Gobi US before and after doing so to inform them. I know from the tracking information that my package was delivered to Gobi US two weeks ago, but I have still heard nothing and my emails continue to go unanswered. My most recent email was sent a week ago to support-1@gobicashmere.com which is the contact email suggested by Gobi US in response to other poor reviews, but still no answer. Appalling.”

“incapable of delivering in the time as promised your delivery system incapable of excepting a legal address in another country when finally did receive garment wore it twice then notice hole appearing at shoulder seam (i have many cashmere garments (purchased elsewhere) that are looked after very well and not had a problem with any) - i was prepared to purchase many more garments - but NOT now as holes appearing at the seam/s - i no longer trust your so called quality”

“I've just ordered lovely fish bone knitted sweater. I own a lot of cashmere garments and unfortunately GObi isn't that sof as allude or Farhi...a little bit disappointed. “I was pretty sceptical, after reading some comments, but I must say, totally unnecessary. I received my items within a week, all the items were of excellent quality. Cashmere is soft and very fine, the design is timeless, size is just as described. I loved it! I am ordering more next month!”

“Selection would be much improved with more fitting jumpers and cardigans in classic styles: Tight fitting V necks, polar necks with high polar neck for warmth and fitting sports like jumpers with a short 1/3 zip at the front with a matching round neck to go underneath so you can layer. This would appeal to a younger audience as well. Your quality is very good and prices reasonable but I find the styles could be more classic and tight fitting and then I would buy many more at these prices. Also would love classic cable knit v necks in navy blue, grey , dark green, pale pink and pale blue. Good quality and good prices but seem a bit old fashioned styles and we want tight fitting young styles”

“The quality of the cardigan I ordered is quite good, cashmere is not as soft as in other items I own. The shoulder line is more on my back that on my actual shoulder, even though I have quite "standart" body. Despite that I'm keeping the item, because the price is good and I like the style. Customer service replies within 2 working days, which is great. The delivery was fast, however I was disappointed to see that they haven't renewed their delivery policy on the website, which is apparently not free now.”
