“I bought a couple of cashmere sweaters at the Cabazon Outlets at a pop up Gobi store. The cashmere was soft and the sale price right. However, they do not wear well. They pilled incredibly fast.Cashmere is prone to pill but these were excessive. i would only consider buying on sale because these will last only a couple of seasons.”

Dear Marv, Thank you for your review. Pilling is a natural occurrence in cashmere. Pills are the little balls of fiber that start to gather on your sweater, typically in areas where there is friction. Pilling can quickly be removed using a cashmere comb or by picking them off by hand. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you. “The clothes are good, but your web site is AWFUL! Never had so much trouble trying to find an item. Never got to the check out screen for the second order.”

“Contrary to reviews, I got my orders quickly, though like others have written customer service is NON-EXISTENT. Never got a discount I should have received. Still not convinced my sweaters are really cashmere. They’re nice enough but they feel NOTHING like my other cashmere sweaters.”

“I ordered the lovely cable knit blanket for my daughter which is superb. I also ordered the cashmere hoodie which is scratchy - I have bad allergies with wool and can only wear good quality cashmere, unfortunately this hoodie is not especially good quality. Also the wrong beanie was delivered in my order. A bad experience with GOBI all round - especially not being told there would be a 20% surcharge for UK delivery!!!”

“Schöner Mantel, musste zurückschicken und neu bestellen, weil er zu groß war. Der Vorgang Rücksendung ist leider sehr unbefriedigend, musste Email schreiben und noch hinterher telefonieren. Mühsam! Ausserdem heisst es, Rabattgutschein verschickt, nie angekommen, Beschwerde wird geprüft, bis heute keine Antwort.”

“I have "Gobi" pants. Wear them for approx. 1 month almost every day. Pants already lost their appearance and looks like very old. Three stars gave just because of that these pants are really warm and comfortable to wear plus nature- friendly.”
