“The material is very soft, but quite thin for a sweater....its more like a thick soft knit shirt to wear over a T shirt. The sizing is quite tight; my partner usually wears large, but he should have had extra large in this sweater. As it was a gift, and unsure of the delivery timing, I ordered it early, then had to wait a couple of weeks to give it to him for his anniversary date, so I ran out of time to return it and reorder (they only allow 14 days), and unfortunately Gobi do not exchange. You have to return within 14 days and place an entirely new order.”

“Schnelle Lieferung, jedoch habe ich leider ein Loch im Achselbereich beim dunkelblauen Rollkragenpullover nach dem 1.Tragen festgestellt, was ich leider erst nach Ablauf der Rückgabefrist bemerkte...schade! Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Ware. Frage: Ist eine Rücksendung und Umtausch gegen Neuware bzw. Reperatur hier auch nach den 14 Tagen noch möglich? Vielen Dank, Julie.”

“Die Ware hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Damit sehr zufrieden. Allerdings ist es recht unüblich, dass die Gutschrift des Wertes einer Retoure nicht sofort erfolgt, sondern man angeblich 14 Tage warten müsse. Ich bekam bereits eine Mahnung von Klarna, warum ich (für die nicht behaltene und auch bestätigt zurück gegangene) Ware nicht bezahlt habe. Natürlich zahle ich jedoch nur dafür, was ich behalten habe.”

“Produkte fühlen sich toll an, die Propotionen -zumindest der Hosen- sind eher fragwürdig. Bei einer Größe 34 beispielsweise ist sie deutlich zu lang. Schade, die Bestellung ging deshalb zurück. Die Lieferung wwar in Ordnung, allerdings warte ich noch immer auf die Rückzahlung, die mittlerweile die versprochenen 14 Tage überschritten hat.”

“Das Cashmere-Gefühl ist warm und komfortabel. Der schnelle Versand erfolgte in speziellen Taschen. Einziges Manko: auch diese Pullover sind nicht frei von Pilling.”

“Мне не понравилась система работы с клиентами. Длительный срок доставки (примерно 20 дней). Товары из США приходят быстрее, чем из немецкого Галле. Если на RU 1418 пришло письмо с трек номерами, то для заказа Ru1467 информация пришла только после письма-обращения в компанию. Такая конкуренция на рынке, в интернете достаточно много продавцов аналогичной продукции, а такое пренебрежительное отношение к клиентам. Пожалуйста, прислушайтесь к мнению клиента. Это репутационный риск компании!!!”

“5’6 130lbs wide shoulders slim hips. Ordered S, wish I’d ordered XS. Cut didn’t taper enough around legs. Cozy and useful dress. Conversion from USD to CAD plus shipping added $81 to my order. Duties&tax was 32. Payed more than the dress itself cost in fees and currency conversion. Wish they had a Canadian site. But still less than most companies charge for cashmere. Sleeves were long enough but would have looked even better an inch longer and would have given more wiggle room in case it shrinks that tiny bit even with washing on cold. Material was slightly thinner than I would have liked but hopefully will get more fluffy with wear.”

“I received for first time items, but compared with other cashmere suppliers I thing the quality is a bit less. The polo is a bit thick and also not as soft that I am used from other items I wear (a bit itchy).”

“Although the pieces look mostly nice I am a bit disappointed about the cashmere itself. I was hoping for super super soft. It’s not the case with the 5 things I received. Expensive to order to Canada with shipping and duties on top of price. The joys of buying by mail sight unseen”

“I ordered a navy blue sweater and a navy blue pair of pants. I expected them to match. They don’t! As a result I cannot wear them together which is too bad. Both are very nice but now what I expected therefore I am disappointed.”
