“The cashmere socks are superb quality, however although the 'cashmere joggers' I ordered also, are extremely good wool, I am doubtful they are 100% cashmere. However, they are very well made and a perfect fit, hence I will not be returning said item.”

“The clothing is lovely, fits really well and the quality is really good. If only their business processes were better.. The 3 stars is because I ordered on Nov 25 and got the automated thanks for your email response. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I emailed then messaged them through the website. When I eventually got a reply they gave the "covid delays" excuse (after 9 months of the situation that wears a bit thin). The clothing was actually given to the courier Dec 7 and delivered Dec 14. So almost 3 weeks from order to delivery and it was only due to me emailing them that they dispatched it then. If I hadn't emailed I don't know how long it would have taken for them to contact me. So if you order in the UK just be aware of the extended processing time and probably start contacting them via the website sooner than I did to make sure your order gets processed in a timely manner.”

“Some of the sweaters are nice and thick, yet some are the thinnest I've seen, you can see through them. Another problem is, some of them are mixed with a material I've never heard of (30% splendor?!) , when they say it is 100%cashmere. And they are bit more itchy than I am used to (and I actually have plenty of cashmere home to compare to) so overall, I don't think I will order again from this brand, sadly, I am disappointed. Delivery also took ages”

“Hallo, die Kleidung sieht schön aus und ist anschmiegsam. Leider scheint es sich jedoch nicht um hochwertiges langfädiges Kaschmir zu hsndeln. Der Cardigan hat schon nach wenigen Tragen Knöchen / Pilling. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne”

“Feel great and good style. The sizes run big and they stretch out a lot. I wish they had a better exchange/return policy. I bought for my wife she loved them they stretched a size in a few days didn’t have the tag anymore so couldn’t exchange.”

“Ich war mit der Abwicklung der Rücksendung bzw. Rückerstattung unzufrieden. ich kenne das so: Ware ist eingetroffen, es gibt eine E-mail und zeitnah wird das Geld zurück überwiesen. Verbesserungswürdig!!”

“My grey cashmere lounge pants are lovely and soft and very comfortable but after about four days I noticed a big hole (about 2 inches) along the waistband, I got these on sale and am glad I didn't pay full price for them!”

“Quality very good but delivery very poor. Much too long a period from order places to delivery received. Also returns difficult / complex. If paperwork for returns included with goods it would make life easier. Use DHL 24 hr service to UK I order Brooks shoes and they arrive in 24 hrs !!”
