“We love the items we received from Gobi, the quality was excellent. I found the shipping was not well handled their was no contact to get updates on the status. We have a return, due to choosing the wrong size, the web site says shipping is free and provide the shipping return label, but when deposited at the pickup location we were charged additional 9€, which is really poor when the return is not actually a replacement they take the item back and provide a credit, so you loose the original freight you have paid and then you get charged freight when their returns policy says no charges of freight for return. Gobi needs to be clear and honest in their policies and service.”

“Ich habe einen Cashmere-Rollkragenpullover in 3XL, größte Herrengröße, bestellt. Ein sehr schöner Pullover in angenehmer Größe und gut fallendem Schnitt für mich als füllige Frau. Leider pillt er, Wollknötchen an Unterarm und Hüften - nach noch nicht mal 10 x tragen. Schon fängt er an, billig auszusehen. Schade, schade.”

“Impossible to communicate with Gobi on a refund - emails unanswered and no other contact details in the UK. Item returned to Gobi and then returned to me, same size, same jumper when I wanted a refund!”

“Hi, I purchased 3 pairs of Gobi cashmere socks before Christmas. They are really warm but on the 7th of January my foot went through one of them. I was not going to do anything but then I thought I should let you know. I have had quite a few pairs of cashmere socks but this is the first time it happened. I could only have worn them at the most 2/3 times. I wish you a happy new year. Suzanne Lynch”

“Hello. Finally, got my order RU2145 from 11.11.2020 - (S / red clay / WK299-586 × 1). Maybe it's of good quality, but I'm not sure, because the store can't even send a correct size. Hope your team do not have such a mess at all stages of production.”

“For the price, I expected a higher level of cashmere. This is my first time buying from Gobi… I’ve purchased many cashmere products over the decades. Upon receiving the scarf, I found that it was also a bit short. All in all, I found that Gobi definitely designed the scarf for profit first vs the customer.”

“Добрый день! Качество товара очень хорошее! Но на сайте информация ввела меня в заблуждение ! Я не поняла, что товар отправляется не из России , а из Германии . Не было написано, что мне надо будет ещё оплатить таможенную пошлину. Я думала, что магазин в России .”
