“I love writing positive reviews but this time I need to express my disappointment. First of all, I had to order a different size of a garment for the 1st time, as there are no exchanges. Fair enough, I send the product back and buy a new one right away. Here's the 3rd week since my return made it back, so a month since I sent it and there is 0 information about registering that return, no info about my money so it's like paying x2 for one piece. I was considering buying another piece with the return $$ but now I will think twice before making another purchase...”

“I have been trying to return it. I sent it back and somehow it was delivered back to me. I have mailed it back to you again. Once I receive my refund I will buy another sweater in it's place. The one I am returning was too big and I didn't like the tucture . I don't care for the sink aspect mixed with the cashmere. I prefer just the cashmere.”

“Unfortunately I wouldn’t have bought my cardigan for this much if I see it in person, as it doesn’t look like on the photos. The material is not as soft as my other cashmere things but more importantly the custom of it is very loose whilst on the photo it’s slim fit (even though it is an xs)”

Thank you for your review. As we have mentioned in our emails, pilling is a natural occurrence in high friction areas of cashmere products. “Dear Gobi, - My order arrived later than I expected but I am sure the total lockdown in the state did not help us. - The products were not the same colour as they showed on your website, but I accepted the colours because there were people who liked the colour and size close to me - One of the item's knitting was not the best standard even though I had ordered the same products. - The packaging was not sustainable to recommend other people who would love to have cashmere. Also, the packaging was similar to cost-conscious products overall. - The site was very slow to order more items after I received the first order. I had to give it up. - Wish to order more goods with no return policy for resale. If you could give me an opportunity to resale your goods and contact me by private email I would be grateful.”

“No problem with the order. Quick delivery. On the other hand, the items I bought are overpriced since I got lint on all of them after only a few days of usage. Disappointing. PS: the request of reviews I received is in Russian (I'm Italian)”

“Die Lieferung kam zwar pünktlich, die Ware war von guter Qualität allerdings haben mir die Artikel nicht gut gepasst. So habe ich alle Artikel zurück gesendet. Allerdings ist mir die Rücksendung nur für einen Teil der Artikel bestätigt worden und verlangt, dass ich die anderen Teile bezahle, obwohl ich alles retourniert habe. Ich habe das bereits reklamiert, allerdings noch keine Reaktion erhalten.”
