“Iv'e never posted a poor review before but am prompted to do so because of how unhelpful they were when I needed to return a jumper that was no where near as soft as I was hoping for. Uunfortunately I will have to take a financial hit on this as I can' t give this as a present.”

“These are the most itchy cashmere sweaters I’ve ever worn. I have many others but this brand........I am unable to wear any of the 3 I purchased because they are just wayyyy too itchy. Was not worth the money I spent. I wish I could return them.”

“Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, sie möchten eine Bewertung von mir. Heute muss ich ihnen leider mitteilen, dass der von mir bei ihnen am 05.11.20 gekaufte Cashmereschal nach wenigem Tragen kleine Löcher bildet. Das erste Loch habe ich selber mit passendem Garn zugezogen, wollte den Schal nicht reklamieren. Aber am nächsten Tag das nächste Loch. Da dieser Schal von sehr geringer Qualität ist, möchte ich ihn gerne an sie zurückgeben, wäre bereit nach einer Gutschrift mir einen neuen Schal bei ihnen zu kaufen. Ich erwarte ihre Nachricht und verbleibe mit freundlichen Grüßen M. Lotz”

“een positieve beoordeling kan ik niet schrijven aangezien het artikel nog steeds niet geleverd is. Bij track & Trace krijgen we de mededeling : afgeleverd bij iemand anders.Zonder briefje in de bus bij wie dan wel. Dus tot op heden NIETS ontvangen”

“Ich habe das erste Mal bei Gobi Cashmere 2 Pullover bestellt. Ich wollte einen davon zurückschicken . Da ich mir nicht sicher war, ob ich das Geschenk( ein Schal) wieder mit zurückschicken soll, habe ich angerufen. Ich sollte das Geschenk mit zurückschicken und mir wurde ein anderes Geschenk versprochen ( dem Wert des Kaufes entsprechend). Leider ist bis heute nichts bei mir angekommen. Das finde ich nicht gut und ich bin enttäuscht.”

“The cashmere is more itchy than other cashmere garments that I own. They go bobbly very quickly, whereas I have other garments that have had hardly any pilling and have lasted for years. The jumpers I ordered are more like lambswool. The colours are good. The sizing is slightly small.”

Dear customer Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry, that our products couldn't meet your expectations. Please note that the pilling is a natural occurrence of natural fibers that should cause no worries. Pills are the little balls of fiber that start to gather on all cashmere products, typically in areas where there is friction. GOBI Cashmere products pill only once or twice depending on the garment type. Pilling can be quickly removed with a cashmere comb or easily picked off by hand. “Die bestellten Waren möchte ich nicht schlecht beurteilen. Zwar waren mir zwei Artikel zu klein, aber einen davon hatte ich auch knapp bestellt, da es ihn nicht größer gab. Die Farbe der Jacke hat mich auch nicht so überzeugt, das Material war aber in allen Fällen super! Zwei Punkte gibt es von mir nur, weil ich diese Geschäftsidee mit dem Versand eines Geschenkes zum Nulltarif, welches aber dann auf einmal mehr als 100,00€ kostet, wenn man einen Gegenstand zurück sendet, sehr merkwürdig finde und darauf angelegt, Artikel, die man sonst vielleicht nicht los bekommt noch zu horenten Preisen zu verkaufen. Diese Geschäftsidee entspricht nicht meiner Einkaufsweise und deshalb habe ich von der Firma Gobi Abstand genommen und alles komplett zurück gesendet(auf eigene Kosten!)”

Wenn man die gekauften Waren zurücksendet und zurückerstattet wird, ist der Kauf nicht mehr für das Geschenk qualifiziert. Das heißt, man muss das Geschenk auch zurücksenden, sodass man den vollen Betrag zurückerstattet bekommt.
