“This is the second review that I provide and my opinion is not changed also after a second purchase. Beeing a cashmere product users I consider Gobi quality i mediocre. Service and delivery time even worse”

“Qualität war super. Leider war Geschenkbox sehr knapp bemessen, so dass ich den schönen Schal in die Box zwängen musste. Des Weiteren war ein schwarzer Fleck ( 2 Euro groß) auf den Schal. Sah aus wie ein Schmierfleck. Da es sich um ein Geschenk gehandelt hat und aktuell Corona ist konnte ich den Schal vorher nicht in die Reinigung geben. Daher leider nur zwei Sterne”

“Leider habe ich meinen Pullover nicht erhalten, daher kann ich die Qualität des Produkts nicht beurteilen. Stattdessen drücke ich eine negative Meinung zum Service aus (ich wähle keinen Stern, nur weil ich die Situation als Pandemie betrachte).”

“the quality is ok, not better than other places, but certainly of the same standard. shipping is quite expensive and they don't tell you up front, but they don't allow returns on most product, so I will not personally be ordering from here again. not quite wroth the trouble given other options out there”

“Versanddauer bis zur Übergabe an DHL leider viel zu lange, stimmte leider nicht mit den AGB überein. Desweiteren ungenügender Mail Support wo dann nicht mal korrekt auf meine Frage eingegangen wird.”

“Hello, the product is great, but the service is very bad. Too long delivery (20 days), and it was delivered not by DHL, as written on the website, but by Russian post with no currier service, i had to pick it up myself at the post office. Your service manager said i will be offered a discount, but without precising what discount and how I can get it ! since he didnt answer my mails. very disaponting shopping experience.”

“I sent an email to you prior to ordering 2 'white ' cable knit blankets to ascertain if they were actually white. I was assured that they were indeed white. Therefore I was very disappointed when they arrived to find that they were cream coloured, and most definitely NOT white. All the effort of returning them could have been avoided if accurate information was given about your products. Very disappointing”

“Die Stoffqualität ist sehr gut. Die Beschreibung schlecht. Das bestellte Produkt hat nicht gepasst. Die Größen L und XL fühlen sich an wie M und XXL. Ob die AUfkleber falsch sind oder der Schnitt selbst - keine Ahnung. Die Größentabelle total vewirrend und entspricht nicht was wir nachgemessen haben. Eine Support Anfrage diesbezüglich wurde nicht beantwortet - also ist der Service auch miserabel. Obwohl meine Frau von der Qualität der Wolle überzeugt war, werden wir wohl nichts mehr dort bestellen”

“Ja, leider war ich nur teilweise zufrieden. Von drei Jacken mit der Größe M hat mir nur eine (grau) gepasst, die beiden anderen waren mir zu groß und eine davon (beige) hatte auch noch einen deutlich sichtbaren Fleck. Ich hätte die beiden zu großen Jacken gerne eine Größe kleiner IMG_7054.jpgnachbestellt, wusste aber nicht, ob ich nun M oder S wählen sollte.”

“К сожалению, пока не могу сказать ничего хорошего. Я оплатила заказ 24 ноября и он не дошёл до меня. Мне отправили его повторно и я жду его, но уже огорчена, что не получила его вовремя, так как в заказе был подарок, который не удалось подарить вовремя”

“As I said before. Dutch people are tall people. So that’s why I ordered XXXl (58). In my opinion the length doesn’t match (a little too short) Anyways, I love the product. Soft, warm and easy wearing ! Another tip. Two weeks shipment from Berlin is too long. But I can help. Best regards, Erik_HC Mongolië in The Netherlands.”

“I am still waiting for my trousers which I order at the beginning of December. I have sent to emails to Gobi asking why my order has not left Germany? I have not received any response. I am not happy as these are a gift for Christmas.”
