Dear Bhavani Krishnamurthy. Thank you for your review. Your parcel was handed over to our logistic partner DHL on 1st September, and after the dispatch the delivery is out of our control. As the DHL track & trace shows your parcel is on the way to you. You can track your parcel with the tracking number which was sent with the shipping confirmation email. “The cashmere is not very soft and feels itchy almost like normal wool while the chocolate hoodie I ordered is a dark purple rather than brown. I was going to order another hoodie if the fit was ok but this has put me off.”

“I’m afraid I didn’t think much fo the quality given the price. I have a cashmere hoodie and sweats bought on sale from another company for half the price which I thought was better quality. Hence I returned.”

“The styles of the jerseys were very nice but I did not feel the cashmere was as soft and as good quality as I expected. Unfortunately after a few wearings one of the jerseys developed little “pills”over it on the areas where there was a little friction. Not sure if I would buy again.”

Dear Katie, we thank you very much for taking the time and leaving us a review. Please note that pilling is a natural occurrence that should cause no worries. Gobi cashmere sweater pills only once or twice depending on the garment type. Pilling can be quickly removed with a cashmere comb or easily picked off by hand. Best Regards Gobi Cashmere

“You are have problem with delivery organization, not a good site, my order has sends other country and I was waited a 5 month! This is no good . When you call in support center no body answered no body chat, some manager answer and give wrong information next other manager answer and all time same question but nothing to do and can not help. No good organization. No apologies. That’s a pity . But coat quality is a very good! You can make your business more successful then now. I live in japan and can make your business more internationally, successful. You are need good management . 1 good site,2. Contact with client.3. Quality.4. Time delivery. brand promotion advertising, expanding customer base. these are the basics of sales! Have a good day.”

“I'm very satisfied with the item I bought and the relatively fast shipping. So why "poor" - since I was fascinated of the dress I had bought in december ( with original price 99 EUR, since I asked wether you had any sale campaigns for dresses at the time and you did not) I was determined to buy one more, for chilly summer evenings and decided to wait until you might have reduction campaigns. Did not have to wait too long - there was the Valentine's... and to my disappointment - the dress cost even more than it had cost in december, when I bought it with original price without any reduction. Furthermore - it was not only more expensive now but the price also was seemingly reduced some 20% or something. I was disappointed to see your company used/using that kind of "tricks". As a cashmere lover myself, I observe the shops selling cashmere it. Some of my cashmere lover friends do the same. So people actually know the "price story" and it's disappointing to see,, you try to trick people to buy, instead of attracting them to do so. There's a difference you know. I think your products are actually that good, you would not have to do so.”

“Quality of products has significantly gone down from when we first became customers and the customer service is not acceptable. We had items not delivered and had to threaten reporting you to get our money back and what we did receive (same items) the quality is not comparable to the items we were replacing.”
