Where to start. Last week on thursday I made an order of a cashmere Pullover. It took them almost a week, to tell me there was an error, and that my size is actually not available. Mind you, when I just open the site it still says 2 pieces left. Ofcourse, there was no solution offered and my first order voucher is gone, even though I didnt buy anything in the end. Just simple, we refunded you and you need to wait for your money. Or maybe my voucher is the reason my order was cancelled. As a big cashmere fan, would stay away in the furure for such unserious business. A better approach to the customer would also be welcomed! Truly a big dissapointment

The customer service just does not exists!! Extremely disappointing ...... I will never ever buy from you, and I will warn all my friends against clicking on your ads. Sehr enttäuscht. Ich wollte einen Freund überraschen, und obwohl auf der Website die Adresse des Empfängers und die Adresse für den Erhalt der Rechnung angegeben waren, machte Gobi einen großen Fehler, indem sie die Rechnung zusammen mit dem Geschenk verschickte. Das Schlimmste ist, dass es keine Unterstützung und keinen Versuch gibt, die peinliche Situation, der ich ausgesetzt war, zu beheben. Schrecklicher Kundenservice. Ich werde nie wieder kaufen und ein Marketing betreiben, das Ihrer Sorglosigkeit entspricht.

Achtung, keine kostenfreien Retouren möglich, obwohl es in den Geschäftsbedingungen anders dargesellt wird: "Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass Sie im Falle einer Warenrücksendung den Retourenaufkleber verwenden können, den Sie in unserem Rückgabe-Portal unter Angabe Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse und Sendungsnummer herunterladen können. Für alle Online-Rücksendungen, die über unser Rücksende-Portal erfolgen, um ein Rücksendeetikett zuerhalten, wird eine Rücksendegebühr von 5 EUR erhoben. Die Rücksendegebühr wird vom Betrag Ihrer Rückerstattung abgezogen." Obwohl es in den Bedingungen steht, wird kein Rücksendeticket geschickt, der Käufer muss selbst die Versandkosten bezahlen. Sie behaupten, es wäre aus CO2-Gründen, aber wieso versenden sie dann überhaupt nach Österreich und andere EU-Länder? Absolute Ungleichbehandlung und so nicht akzeptabel.

They don’t stand by their products. Purchased a cropped bralette and shirt with a back slit. Both products were defective. I could return one because I caught it within ten days, and the seam on the skirt unraveled when I wore it a month later. Won’t let me exchange it; they said they would repair it if I send it in at my own cost—hard pass. I won’t shop here anymore. Beware!P

I have been waiting 3 months now for my money to be returned to my account, I have spent my time and effort emailing about 10 x back and forth to customer service. At one stage they offered me a voucher. I just want my money returned. How hard can it be? With this experience, I will never purchase again from Gobi even though I like their products.

AVOID!!!!! It charges £150 for a free gift and does not accept returns and refund!!!!!! Pilling throughout the sweater, shrink to a pet cloth after one wash. Horrible customer service! Bad quality!! Ridiculously charge £150 for a free gift!!!! Will never buy again!!!!!

No possible way to return product. No customer service line, they don’t respond to emails, return page is “removed”, and their return policy is not transparent. Buyer beware!!

Don't order from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a knit cap...It didn't fit. I reached out four times through their online return feature and called the 414-344-2005 phone number to get a bogus recording! Never buy from a company that advertising on Instagram! I should have learned my lesson from the last time

Sent it. A rip off of cashmere. Products differ. Will not use again. The black sweater ordered has traces of plastic chinise materials.

Very disappointed. The item didn’t reflect the quality and the style I chose from the website. The quality of cashmere can’t be appreciated in this jumper. The jumper came with no information about the composition of material and without information about how to wash this item. I won’t be buying from this website any more.

Because of your aggressive advertising policy, I am sorry about the day I ever had to do with you. Ever since, anything I read on the Internet has Gobi Cashmere on the left, on the right, on top, on bottom, and sometimes pasted right over it, waiting to be clicked again. I will never ever buy from you, and I will warn all my friends against clicking on your ads.

My Gobi cashmere socks (2 pairs) developed large holes very quickly...... Gobi refused an exchange or refund because The Socks Did Not Develop their Holes within the allowed Fourteen Days! Do not buy Gobi Cashmere socks. Shop instead at Hobbs Mabel, Falke, Burlington Fluff, there are several others....
