“I cannot give any positive judgement because i did not receive yet my cachemire. The order has been made on the 18th december and today is the 8th january. My cachemire has been delivered by DHL to the local delivery courier in Trapani (Sicily) on the 24th of december to be send ti Pantelleria Island but it is still there. Probably will be send this night to Pantelleria and i think to receive it next week after 24/27 deys from my order. The local courier is DV Trasporti and i strongly suggest DHL to change this courier!!!”

“I purchased several items and paid £9 delivery charge under the impression from the website that returns are free. However when I tried to return the items the portal said it was not possible to use this from my country (UK). I tried for a week to call them and no one picked up. i am still waiting for a response through their contact us page.”

“La mia esperienza è stata pessima, o meglio inesistente, poiché non ho ricevuto il mio ordine 14396, confermato il 15/12/2020. Gobi mi ha informato il 31/12/2020 che il pacco è tornato al mittente e che sarebbe stato rispedito al mio indirizzo. Oggi 6 gennaio non ho ricevuto ancora niente, ma mi si chiede una recensione!”
