“Still haven’t received my order. T&T system shows that the parcel can’t be found. Couple of days ago it was in the DHL system. The service is weird:( does it mean that I lost my money??? Thank you.”

“The product was fine, delivery was good, but I was disappointed to realize the return polices. Granted I should have been more thorough and read the return polices before buying(and I would not have made the purchase) I bought the item as a Christmas gift(and bought early to ensure it arrived on time) and the person didn't like the item. So when I went to return I realized I had missed the window for return. Now I'm stuck with a gift I can't use and I'm out $120.00 bucks. I might be able to exchange but there is nothing I really want or need. Overall I'm disappointed:(”

“I ordered a jumper on 13 th Dec, I then contacted you in 14 th Dec to apologise and cancel order as my father had died. 24 hours later you replied to tell me that the order had been dispatched. I have still not received jumper which I did not want. If it dies arrive I will have to return it, but you told me you dispatched in 15 Dec. Please advise”

“Добрый день. Не могу ничего сказать потому что жду ... уже третья неделя пошла. Мой свитерок посетил Франкурт Москву, а сейчас видимо осматривает Петербург, вот только до меня ему дела нет. Очень расстроена, были планы надеть его на НГ за городом.”

“мой заказ до сих пор не доставлен. Оформила и оплатила товар 3 декабря, никто мне не звонил и не писал. Пришлось напоминать о себе 10 декабря. Заказ не придёт к новому году, поэтому я буду его возвращать. Зато уже отговорила подругу брать свитера на новый год у вас. Планирую написать ещё отзывы, чтобы люди знали как отвратительно вы работаете”

“Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren! Schon nach 2 Mal tragen hat sich auf 8 cm das Bündchen vom Rest der Kaschmirlegging getrennt!!! Und das für den Preis!!! Aufgrund ihrer Rücksendungsbeschränkung/ Reklamationbeschränkung ist mir eine Reklamation wohl kaum möglich, oder? Falls Sie weiterhelfen können bitte ich zeitnah um Rückantwort. “Je suis très déçu car nous n'avons pas été livré : difficile d'être satisfaite, la commande 13574 du 2 décembre effectué sur Internet n'est toujours pas arrivée, Noël était sans cadeaux Gobi ! Le statut du suivit DHL s'est arrêté le 12 décembre 2020 à 10h08 à Rüdersdorf, voir image jointe. Votre support-1 nous dit de patienter... 25 jours déjà ! nous sommes aussi client à votre stand du Bazard international au Luxembourg. veuillez nous rembourser salutations”
