“I was so looking forward to this sweater because its striped color scheme was very appealing and unique. I am thin (BMI 23) and wear an adult size small. The Gobi sweater I received was the correct height/length vertically but was so loose horizontally that it made me appear fat. This was so disappointing. This is not the difference between “slim fit” and “regular fit.” Rather, it is more like a “baggy fit” rather than a “regular fit.” The bagginess of the sweater made it impossible to keep and I therefore had to return it.”

“Ich habe am 04.12.2020 einen Schal bestellt, der Betrag wurde abgebucht und ich habe den Schal nicht erhalten. Telefonisch ist die Firma nicht erreichbar. Auf eine Beschwerde per email wurde ich aufgefordert, mich an dhl zu wenden. Ich habe mich erneut beschwert bei GOBI und bat um erneute Zusendung des bestellten und gezahlten Schals oder Rücküberweisung meines gezahlten Betrags. Nichts tut sich. Ich habe Ware bestellt und gezahlt und erwarte Lieferung! Es ist Aufgabe des Absenders und nicht des Empfängers mit dhl zu klären, wenn die Ware gezahlt ist !!!!! Schade, ich unterstütze gerne kleine Händler. Ich wollte die Qualität des Schals prüfen und dann weitere Kaschmirpullover für Verwandte als Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellen..... GOBI BITTE REAGIEREN SIE UNVERZÜGLICH: GELD ODER WARE!”

“Terrible. We got the wrong items! We tried the online return policy TWICE, and both times it failed to register our packs in the post-machine's system. We wasted many days trying to send it back. In the end we paid for our own return, and still no reply about a refund! We will be complaining about this lack of human contact online.”

“The price included payment for delivery , and Gobi did not provide delivery, because it incorrectly issued the parcel.Sent not by EMS, but by regular mail. Thus, the courier could not deliver the package to me at home and I had to go to the post office to get it myself. i wrote a complaint to the gobi account on instagram, and there i was told that they deliver only to the nearest post office. Then why do you need money for delivery?! The first time I come across this, all international online stores make out parcels in such a way that a person could receive without leaving home. No one returned my money and apologies !”

“I recently purchased a size XXL cashmere hoodie that was too small (an undersized XXL compared to other vendors). When I tried to return it, I was told that because it was a same item that I couldn’t return it - something that was never disclosed when I ordered it. I’ll eat the $150 but I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!”

“Ich habe falsche und schmutzige Artikel bekommen. Diese habe ich natürlich zurückgeschickt. Jetzt wird die Rücksendung nicht gut geschrieben und ich bekomme eine Mahnung von Klarna . Das geht gar nicht. Schlechter Service.”
