Dear Lois Blaney, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience while shopping with us, but we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We would like to inform you, that we partner with Parcelforce for our UK orders and Parcelforce has attempted to deliver your parcel on the 3/12/2021. Unfortunately the delivery was unsuccessful and held it at the delivery depot for 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks, it has been returned back to the sender. After receiving the returned parcel we will issue a refund immediately. This is for Order 24445. I am very disappointed with this experience. I ordered a cashmere sweater for my son and the price was 155.30 EUR including transport and a free pair of socks. I received my order with an incorrect invoice showing price of 173,58 EUR instead of 155.30 EUR and without the gift promised. It appears that I was charged for the gift and also they didn't include it in the package. I contacted them several times via email, their support page, telephone, even Face Book. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. What is going on? Don't they know that Customer Service means to resolve customer's problems? I am considering to return the sweater since I am not that pleased with the quality either: I am sure it is a fine wool but is not cashmere for sure. It is very heavy and not very soft. This was my first and last purchase from Gobi. This was a bad and stressful experience. Who needs that?

You ask me about review gor my order! But I still have not got my order. I disappointed by the shipping company you use to deliver my order to my address. I prefer to pay more, but have my order in reasonable time!

order took well over a month to arrive cashemere socks had holes after 5 or 6 wears (I know cashmere is delicate so was careful with them - they hadn't even been washed) asked for a replacement and was offered a 10euro voucher which I declined terrible service, product not great, and awful after care

The merchandise has not arrived to my residence, as it was expected. Instead, DHL delivered it to a picking point. As II told you yesterday I might not be able to retrieve it. I alerted you yesterday, but you did not answered to me. Unless this packet is delivered to my residence, I will stop making businesses with, as I advised you yesterday.

Sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice. Bei einem Kleid ging eine Naht auf weil zu knapp vernäht. Kundenservice hat mir die Schuld gegeben, ich hätte zu sehr am Ausschnitt gezogen 🙈 da es ein U-Boot Ausschnitt hat ist das echt ne Frechheit. Bestelle dort sicher nichts mehr.

UK Customer Beware! Ordered a jumper £139 as a gift. Item arrives after long delay only to find an extra charge of £62 customs and vat etc. No mention made upfront about this. I had no idea otherwise would obviously not have placed the order. They really should flag this in order to treat the customer fairly.
