“The worst purchase I ever made. Gobi revealed my purchase detail to a third person without my consent. They shipped my order together with other people’s orders even though I paid for express shipping for my order only. I am considering pursuing legal charges.”

“Their returns portal doesn't work, their customer service doesn't respond to calls, emails, any contact. Plus the products look different. They claim to pay for returns - they do not. Plus you have to figure out on your own where to send it - they try to stick you with merchandise. There are loads of terrible reviews on Trust Pilot - DON't buy here. It's a scammy store.”

“Sehr enttäuscht. Bestellt am 18.12., bgebucht wurde am 19.12.2020. Ware nicht erhalten, dann Mitteilung, Ware sei zurückgekommen, da Anschrift nicht gefunden. Dann teilte ich die Anschrift erneut mit, Ware kommt dann am 15.1.2021. Also 4 Wochen später. Dann ohne Retourenschein, nicht wie üblich inliegend. Dann Link für Retoure geöffnet, klappte nicht, dann Retourenschein im Shop telefonisch wie gewünscht beantragt. Dieser sollte lt. Aussage dann zu mir per Mail kommen. Wieder nichts geschehen. Erneut per Telefon darum gebeten. und NICHTS . Ich werde sicherlich nicht wieder bestellen. Bei allen anderen Onlinshops klappt es völlig unproblematisch. M. Friedrichs”

“Es ist nicht möglich mein Artikel zurück zu senden. Es wurden mehre Mails geschrieben mit der Bitte um einen Rücksendeschein, weil das programmäßig nicht klappte. Alle, sowie aich die Telefonate, unbeantwortet. Das ist kein Dienst am Kunden. Das Problem ist immer noch nicht gelöst.”

“Здравствуйте! Я так и не получила мою посылку RU1663, заказанную 20.11.2020. Судя по треку отслеживания DHL CT516109485DE, 14.12. она прибыла в Россию и дальше о ней ничего не известно. Со мной никто не связывался ни по телефону, ни по email. А теперь и сайт отслеживания не работает. Что случилось? Где моя посылка?”

“When placing this order No. 2289, I forgot to apply a discount of 1000 rubles. (Glamour1000). I have been asking for a return for 3 weeks! Is this such a difficult, impossible task for your store ?? Your service and employees are so so! Here's what I can tell you! This was my first and last order! I wish that henceforth none of your customers are so lucky to have such a negative shopping experience anymore!”

“I regret enormously that I am not in a position to review my purchase since I haven’t yet received it despite having ordered my dress on December 12, 2020! This is ridiculous! The tracking system wasn’t any consolation as it it was not fit for purpose. Am extremely disappointed.”

“I bought this as a gift for my son. He wears slouchy style beanies all the time, and so I splurged the $65 bucks +/- for a cashmere camel brown Gobi Slouchy. The item arrived after I needed it but that was actually expected. But what was not expected was to find that not only was it not a Slouchy, but it fit my son more like a skull cap. stretched tight. I am embarrassed, that because it is and looks ill fitting. Look at their photo's on the site, one of a man wearing their Gobi "slouchie". The Gobi web site image of a guy modeling the ample cashmere material necessary to create that slouchy effect looks good. Very Haute Couture. Which compared to my Son's wearing it, looks terrible, overtly unfashionable, as the cashmere fabric weave is stretched to the limit, and making it even a poor $65.00 cashmere skull cap! Interestingly even his girlfriend who tried it on wore it like a skull cap. She being smaller i was surprised it fit poorly as well. Bottom line. Before you spend this kind of money on a hat, think twice. If your small boned, like teenager size and thin I am sure you will be fine. Otherwise, skip this site, like they skimp on the cashmere fabric. Scarves will probably fit. I am still on the hunt for a real actual Cashmere Slouchie”
