“The quality of the sweater is really good but the service that you provide is poor. I ordered size small but I have gotten a size L ,even the sweater was with size small geschrieben. Then I have to send back to Germany....You should do like Amazone with all the paper in case of the return of the goods. Then I have to get it from ther¨ computer and if you have n ot the possibility of down load...what do you do? So I anm stuck withb a nice sweater atr home and no way to wear it., What do you do?. You made a mistake...I paid for the swearter and I cannot ewar it. Your sistym is very poor...what a hame, because I like the quality of the sweater.”

“I ordered size L men's peacoat. Received size M. Returned it to get a full refund. The package came back to me because your location has moved to a different place. Requested for another return label. Returned the package and emailed again to request for a refund. Have not heard from you all at all. Overall, very dissatisfied with the experience.”

“I bought one item online. However it’s never delivered. Although they confirmed by a shipping company the item was failed to delivered, they’re still refusing the refund. The demanded me sigh THE DECLARATION over the email, instead. They know I paid a full amount. They know the item was not delivered. It’s their legal obligation to pay back. It’s the worst online shopping experience by far.”

“Order no.ORDER UK2867...appalling that the the customer service is non-existant on returns. Shockingly bad!! The online returns portal doesn't work and have had no answer to my emails. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone in Germany. It's a shame as the product is very nice but now would unfortunately not recommend.”
